Run a Local Search

Rank Tracker is a powerful SEO tool that allows users to track keyword rankings on search engines, including local search results. Running a local search means monitoring how your website ranks in specific geographic locations (e.g., cities, states, or countries). This is crucial for businesses targeting a particular local audience. 

Create a New Project:

Click on File > New Project in the top left corner of the dashboard.

Enter the URL:

In the dialog box, enter the URL of the website you want to track. 
Example: https://www.example.com

Specify the search engine:

After entering the URL, you will be prompted to select which search engines you want to track. 

Select the version of Google that is specific to the location you’re targeting (e.g., Google.com for US results, Google.co.uk for the UK, etc.).
